AVENTURA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Immersion Corporation (“Immersion,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (NASDAQ: IMMR), a leading provider of haptics technology, today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has approved an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.045 per share to $0.075 per share and has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Scott A. Larson (the “Cooperation Agreement”).
