At Tanox, Dr. Chang and her team invented and developed FDA-approved XOLAIR® (omalizumab) for severe asthma, TROGARZO® (ibalizumab-uiyk) for HIV, and EBGLYSS® (lebrikizumab-lbkz) for dermatitis, collectively generating drug sales exceeding 5 billion dollars so far. Tanox, Inc. was acquired by Genentech/Roche.
