Company to launch bertilimumab partnering process in the current quarter FORT LEE, N.J., Oct. 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Immune Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCQB: IMNP) (“Immune” or the “Company”), a biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutic agents for the treatment of immunologic and inflammatory diseases, announced today that it has entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with an institutional investor in which it has sold $5.5 million in principal amount of Senior Secured Redeemable Convertible Debentures (the “Debentures”) for $2 million in cash and a $3 million promissory note to be funded upon the earlier of the effectiveness of a registration statement covering the resale of the issuable shares, or conversion of the Debentures.
