IMPP shares continue to trade at a significant discount to net asset value as investors remain wary of past dilution and poor corporate governance. Without the company returning material amounts of capital to shareholders, the valuation gap is not likely to decrease. However, strong tanker and dry bulk markets should result in net asset value increasing substantially over the next couple of quarters.
