company developing innovative ?d T cell therapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases, today announced that the Compensation Committee of the Company's Board of Directors granted two employees nonqualified stock options to purchase an aggregate of 11,800 shares of its common stock. The awards were approved by the Compensation Committee of the Company's Board of Directors and were granted outside of the Company's 2023 Equity Incentive Plan, with a grant date of April 1, 2026, as an inducement material to the new employees entering into employment with the Company, in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). The stock options will vest over a four-year period, with 25% of each of the options vesting on the first anniversary of such employee's start date, with the remainder of the options vesting in thirty-six (36) equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to continued employment on each vesting date.
