RICHMOND, Va., March 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Indivior Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: INDV) today announced the pricing of its offering of $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 0.625% convertible senior notes due 2031 (the “notes”) in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). The offering was upsized from the previously announced offering size of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of notes. Indivior also granted the initial purchasers of the notes a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $50,000,000 principal amount of notes. The sale of the notes to the initial purchasers is expected to settle on March 17, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The notes will be senior, unsecured obligations of Indivior and will accrue interest at a rate of 0.625% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears on March 15 and September 15
