LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- IHS Markit (Nasdaq: INFO), a world leader in critical information, analytics and solutions, today reported results for the first quarter ended February 28, 2019. Revenue of $1.046 billion, including total organic revenue growth of 5 percent Net income of $109 million and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.27 Adjusted EBITDA of $408 million and Adjusted earnings per diluted share (Adjusted EPS) of $0.60 Cash flow from operations of $188 million and free cash flow of $125 million Adjusted EBITDA, Adjusted EPS, and free cash flow are non-GAAP financial measures used by management to measure operating performance.
