ING Deutschland, part of ING Groep (ENXTAM:INGA), has started offering retail clients access to cryptocurrency-backed ETNs through its brokerage platform. The bank is also preparing a euro-denominated stablecoin that is intended to comply with the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.
