PALO ALTO, Calif., Dec. 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inpixon (Nasdaq: INPX), a leading indoor positioning and data analytics company, today announced that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office allowing its patent application covering techniques to dynamically adapt network policies for mobile devices by accessing context-based values to allocate or restrict capabilities on the mobile devices or within the network. US Patent Publication 20120131155 is titled, "Context-based dynamic policy system for mobile devices and supporting network infrastructure." Inpixon has incorporated this patentable approach into its award-winning Indoor Positioning Analytics ("IPA") Platform. IPA uses radio frequency sensors to anonymously identify the indoor location of wireless devices, such as cell phones.
