The transaction improves the company's capital structure and will reduce annual interest payment obligations by more than $3 million. However, skyrocketing memory prices are likely to negatively impact product margins well into 2027. As a result, I have lowered my profitability expectations for both 2026 and 2027 and reduced my price target from $11.00 to $8.90.
