NEW YORK, Dec. 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gainey McKenna & Egleston announces that a securities class action lawsuit was filed on December 22, 2024 in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. (“Inspire” or the “Company”) (NYSE: INSP) securities between August 6, 2024 and August 4, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”). The Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants told investors that Inspire would be able to launch the Inspire V as soon as it had built up sufficient levels of inventory and reassured investors that the Company would be “ready to go” in regards to physician training, reimbursement, and contracting in order to facilitate the launch.
