FY23 financial results were slightly disappointing, with total revenue growth of 8.5% below expectations. The near-term outlook for Instructure is uncertain, with potential execution headwinds and a slowdown in organic growth. Summary Readers may find my previous coverage via this link . My previous rating was a buy, as I believed Instructure Holdings, Inc. ( NYSE: INST ) would continue to see strong growth ahead, given that 3Q23 performance was robust with strong new logo win rates. I also believed that Parchment would be a strong growth driver for the business. I am revising my rating from buy to hold as INST's organic growth appears to be a lot weaker than I expected. Financials/Valuation Instructure 4Q23 revenue was slightly disappointing, as it was below my FY23 growth expectation of 12%.
