We're upgrading INTC back to a Buy (even post-run-up) because we think a Sell is the wrong rating heading into print. Intel's Q4 '25 results and outlook were low enough to make an easier case for outperformance this quarter on higher CPU pricing amid shortage and advanced packaging traffic with TSMC supply-constrained. We recommend investors think of Intel as a trade rather than a long-term investment because no one has moved place equipment or taken steps to install required manufacturing tools that would confirm external customers for 14A.
