Recent Senate legislation targeting SFR REITs is unlikely to materially impair INVH, as its value is driven by existing properties, not future acquisitions. Current headwinds from apartment oversupply and reduced immigration are temporary; INVH maintains positive same-store NOI growth and strong occupancy.
