HOUSTON, February 26, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Innovex International, Inc. (NYSE: INVX) ("Innovex" or the "Company") today announced the pricing of an underwritten offering (the "Offering") of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock by certain affiliates of Amberjack Capital Partners, L.P. (the "Selling Stockholders"), at a price to the public of $25.75 per share. In addition, the Selling Stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 862,500 additional shares of the Company's common stock. Innovex will not sell any shares of its common stock in the Offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares of its common stock being offered by the Selling Stockholders. The Offering is expected to close on February 27, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
