HOUSTON, February 25, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Innovex International, Inc. (NYSE: INVX) ("Innovex" or the "Company") today announced the underwritten public offering (the "Offering") of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock by certain affiliates of Amberjack Capital Partners, L.P. (the "Selling Stockholders"). In addition, the Selling Stockholders expect to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 862,500 additional shares of the Company's common stock. Innovex will not sell any shares of its common stock in the Offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares of its common stock being offered by the Selling Stockholders. The Offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the Offering may be completed.
