AMSTERDAM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InterXion Holding N.V. (“InterXion”, “we, “us”, or the “Company”) (NYSE: INXN) today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, 4,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares in an underwritten public offering. In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including funding for land bank development and its currently planned and future data center capacity expansion projects, working capital needs and the repayment of short-term indebtedness.Citigroup, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch and Guggenheim Securities are serving as joint book-running managers and ABN AMRO is serving as co-manager for the proposed offering.The offering will be made pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement o
