The company said it will issue ~400M new fully paid ordinary shares at A$0.18/share (~US$0.13/share). Ioneer ( IONR ) said it plans to use the funds to advance its development plans, including advancing construction preparations and engaging with potential strategic partners for the Rhyolite Ridge project.
