American Critical Minerals " or the" Company ") (CSE:KCLI)(OTCQB:APCOF)(Frankfurt:2P3) is pleased to confirm that it has made the required annual payments to renew its 100% interest in 11 State of Utah (" SITLA ") Mineral and Minerals Salt Leases covering approx. 7,050 acres, 1,094 Federal Lithium Brine Claims (BLM Placer Claims) covering approx. 21,150 acres, and 11 Federal (BLM) Potash Prospecting Permits covering approx. 25,480 acres. Through these leases, permits and claims the Company has the ability to explore for, and develop, potash and lithium and associated by-products (including Bromine and Boron) across the entire Green River Project (approx. 32,530 acres). The Company has Permits in place to drill 3 holes on its State of Utah Leases following the payment of required reclamation bonding in respect of these holes. In addition, under the Plan of Operations approved by the BLM in October 2024, the Company is also authorized to drill 4 holes across its Federal (BLM) acreage.
