(Nasdaq: IPW) in the execution and custody of its digital asset treasury transactions.iPower completed purchases of Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) through an account maintained at BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association (“BitGo Bank & Trust”).
