If you have been watching IperionX (ASX:IPX), the recent announcement about accelerating its U.S. titanium buildout is hard to ignore. The company has just validated commercial scalability for its production, pushing nameplate titanium powder capacity up 60% to 200 metric tons a year while cutting unit costs to USD 55 per kilogram.
