BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Iron Horse Acquisition II Corp. (NASDAQ: IRHOU) (the “Company”), a Cayman Islands exempted company, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 23,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit, including 3,000,000 units issued pursuant to the full exercise by the underwriter of its over-allotment option, resulting in gross proceeds of $230,000,000.The Company's units commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Market (“NASDAQ”) under the ticker symbol “IRHOU” on December 17, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right entitling the holder to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one Class A ordinary share upon consummation of an initial business combination.
