(NYSE American: ITP) ("IT Tech Packaging" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of diversified paper products in North China, today announced the results of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") held at the Company's production base in Wei County, Hebei Province, China. at 10:00 a.m., Beijing Time, on October 31, 2025. At the Annual Meeting, IT Tech Packaging's stockholders: Elected two directors in Class I to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company, with such Class I directors to serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified or until his or her earlier resignation, removal or death; Ratified the appointment of GGF CPA LTD. as the Company's independent registered public
