pleased to announce financial and operating results for the three months ended September 30, 2025 (the "third quarter" or "Q3 2025"). The Company will host a conference call to discuss third quarter 2025 results on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time / 8:00 AM Pacific Time. Integra Resources Corp. Logo (CNW Group/Integra Resources Corp.) (All amounts expressed in United States ("U.S.") dollars unless otherwise stated) Third Quarter 2025 Highlights: Mined 2.5 million ("M") tonnes of ore and 3.4M tonnes of waste at a strip ratio of 1.34 at the Florida Canyon Mine ("Florida Canyon"). As a result, mining rates were 27,538 tonnes per day ("tpd"). Florida Canyon produced 20,653 gold ounces and sold 20,265 gold ounces at a record average realized price of $3,464 per gold ounce.
