Now part of a growing franchise portfolio owned by Yadav Enterprises, which operates more than 300 franchise restaurants nationwide, Del Taco today announced the formal start of business operations under the Yadav umbrella. Founded in 1964, Del Taco is known for its craveable menu of Mexican-inspired and American favorites. The brand operates 600+ locations across the country.
