Jagged Peak Energy: Valuation Becoming More Attractive Despite 2019 Cash Burn Summary Jagged Peak's cash burn may end up at more than $200 million in 2019 as it receives minimal contributions from NGLs and natural gas. Its leverage is still expected to remain reasonable at 1.5x by the end of 2019. Cash burn is likely to slow considerably in 2020, keeping its leverage at acceptable levels. Jagged Peak is now trading for under 5.0x EBITDAX, which appears to be a decent value. Jagged Peak Energy's ( JAG Revised 2019 Outlook At current strip prices (including around $57 WTI oil) for 2019, Jagged Peak may end up with around $619 million in oil and gas revenue now. Jagged Peak's production is around 76% oil, which is a positive with the lower realized prices for NGLs and natural gas. Jagged Peak in particular may be realizing a minimal amount for its NGLs and natural gas at the moment. Jagged Peak realized around $9.52 per barrel for its NGLs and $1.02 per Mcf for its natural gas in Q1 2019
