On February 20, Jakks Pacific reported its Q4 and the full-year 2025 financial results, highlighting a year of strategic navigation through significant macroeconomic pressures. For the full year, net sales reached $570.7 million, a 17% decrease from $691.0 million in 2024, largely due to tariff-related disruptions and higher retail prices in the US. The Q4 showed signs of stabilization as customer order disruptions abated, with net sales of $127.1 million representing a narrow 3% year-over-year decrease. While the Toy/Consumer Products division remained essentially flat during the quarter, international markets provided a bright spot, growing 10% in Q4 and 6% for the full year, led by strong performance in Europe and Latin America.
