Company Signs Lease to Build Upscale Concept in One of State’s Fastest Growing Regions NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: JAX) (the Company), owner and operator of a collection of upscale restaurants, has signed a lease to build and operate a new J. Alexander’s restaurant in Madison, AL.Mark A. Parkey, President and Chief Executive Officer of J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc., said the new J. Alexander’s restaurant will be located on a 2.8-acre site at the entrance to Town Madison on Town Madison Boulevard just west of Redstone Arsenal. Town Madison consists of 560 acres of mixed-use property focused on residential, office, retail and entertainment. Breland Company, one of the largest commercial and residential developers in the Mid-South, is the developer while Shea Design, Minneapolis, MN, is the architect of the new restaurant.Parkey said plans for the new restaurant will include approximately 7,350 square feet with seating for more than 200 gues
