(PRWEB) November 13, 2019 The San Francisco labor law attorneys at Blumenthal Nordrehaug Bhowmik De Blouw LLP, filed a class action lawsuit against Jabil, Inc., alleging that the company failed to properly calculate overtime compensation for their hourly employees. Furthermore, the complaint alleges that Jabil, Inc., failed to provide mandatory meal and rest breaks to its employees. The Jabil, Inc., lawsuit, Case No. RG19039453, is currently pending in the Alameda County Superior Court for the State of California.
