MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jefferson Capital, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCAP) (“Jefferson Capital”), a leading analytically driven purchaser and manager of charged-off, insolvency and active consumer accounts, today completed the previously announced portfolio acquisition of credit card assets from affiliates of Bluestem Brands. The net purchase price for the portfolio was $196.1 million and the estimated remaining collections associated with the portfolio are $310.0 million.
