PALM BEACH, Fla., March 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JFB Construction Holdings (Nasdaq: JFB) (“JFB” or the “Company”) today announced an update with regard to the recently announced 2-for-1 stock split of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of common stock. The stock split is now expected to become effective on March 25, 2026, for stockholders of record as of close of business on March 23, 2026, at which time every one share of JFB common stock will be automatically split into two shares of common stock. Stockholders of record will receive one additional share of common stock for each share held on the record date. Trading of the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market is expected to begin on a split-adjusted basis as of market open on March 25, 2026 under the Company’s existing ticker symbol “JFB.” As previously announced, the stock split is being implemented in connection with the Company’s previously announced $1.5 billion all-stock business combination wit
