( NASDAQ: JFBR ) are surging Friday after the company announced a new distribution agreement through its wholly owned subsidiary, KeepZone AI Inc., expanding its footprint in the North American homeland security market. Under the agreement, KeepZone has entered into a non-exclusive distribution arrangement with STI Ltd., an Israeli developer of specialized vehicle and threat detection systems. The deal positions KeepZone to distribute STI's products in Canada and Mexico, with the added benefit of temporary, customer-specific exclusivity periods of up to six months for pre-approved clients.
