The stock hit its 52-week low of $2.02 on Nov. 22, and is down 59% in the past 12 months. Advertisement The e-commerce company intends to use the proceeds from the private placement for working capital and general corporate purposes, as well as for potential acquisitions. In connection with the private placement, Jeffs' Brands will issue 2.7 million units and pre-funded units. Each unit and pre-funded unit will consist of one ordinary share (or pre-funded warrant), one common warrant exercisable for one and one quarter ordinary shares and one common warrant. The common warrants will be exercisable upon issuance and will have a term of 5.5 years from the issuance date. The closing of the private placement is expected to occur on or about Monday.
