SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JSB Financial Inc. (the Company) (OTCID: JFWV) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a semi-annual cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $1.45 per share. This represents an increase of 7% from the previous semi-annual dividend of $1.35 per share.
