SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 13, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) (“Aurora Mobile” or the “Company”), a leading provider of customer engagement and marketing technology services in China, today announced the approval of a share repurchase program. On November 13, 2025, the board of directors of the Company approved a new share repurchase program whereby the Company is authorized to repurchase up to US$10 million worth of its ordinary shares (including in the form of American depositary shares) until December 31, 2026. Mr. Weidong Luo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aurora Mobile, commented, “We remain fully confident in our business model’s fundamental advantages and strategic positioning for long-term growth.
