LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Janus Henderson Group plc (NYSE: JHG; “JHG, ” “Janus Henderson, ” or the “Company”) today confirmed that on March 17, 2026, the Special Committee (the “Special Committee”) of the Janus Henderson Board of Directors (the “Board”) received a revised unsolicited non-binding proposal from Victory Capital.In consultation with its independent financial and legal advisors and consistent with its fiduciary duties, the Special Committee will evaluate the revised proposal, taking into account all terms and conditions, in accordance with the December 21, 2025 merger agreement (the “merger agreement”) providing for the Company’s acquisition by Trian Fund Management, L.P. and its affiliated funds (“Trian”), and General Catalyst Group Management, LLC and its affiliated funds (“General Catalyst”).As noted in Janus Henderson’s March 11 press release, the Board, acting on the unanimous recommendation of the Special Committee, evaluated the prior Victory Capital proposal fro
