The company has a strong market position in North America, Australia, and New Zealand. After a beat on both revenue and EPS, shares of James Hardie had an unjustified sell-off that sent shares tumbling 12%. Despite indications for higher costs and minimal margin expansion ahead, the long-term thesis is still intact for the company and the valuation looks attractive today.
