A Bay King Balcony room at EAST Swire Hotels EAST, Miami This hotel, the first from the Asian Swire hotel group (the Upper House, the Opposite House), has a prime location within the Brickell City Centre. It was designed by the award-winning firm Arquitectonica with interiors by Clodagh Design. The 255 rooms, 8 suites, and 89 larger “residences” are chic and residential in feel.
