Johnson & Johnson(JNJGet ReportJohnson & Johnson said adjusted earnings for the three months ending in March were pegged at $2.30 per share, up 9.5% from the same period last year and 31 cents ahead of the Street consensus forecast. Group revenues, J&J said, rose 6.7% last year to $20.7 billion and topped analysts' estimates of a $19.3 billion tally.Johnson & Johnson also said it would pay a quarterly dividend of $1.01 per share, a 6.3% increase from its previous payout.Looking into 2020, J&J said it sees full-year earnings of between $7.50 and $9.50, down from a prior forecast of $9.00 to $9.15 per share.
