The bill includes $310 billion designated for small businesses, as part of the previously-exhaustedPaycheck Protection Program,which was initially created as part of the Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act passed on March 27. The program ran out of money on April 16.Agreement on the new bill, known as the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act, was reached after extensive negotiations between Republicans and Democrats, and is expected to be signed into law later this week.The bill approved by the Sena
