BEIJING, Jan. 7, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- China Finance Online Co. Limited, (NASDAQ GS: JRJC), ("China Finance Online", or the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), a leading web-based financial services company that provides Chinese retail investors with fintech-powered online access to securities trading services, wealth management products, securities investment advisory services, as well as financial database and analytics services to institutional customers today announced a 10:1 ratio change of the Company's American Depositary Share ("ADS") program from 1 ADS representing 5 ordinary shares of the Company to a new ratio of 1 ADS representing 50 ordinary shares of the Company ("ADS Ratio"). This ratio change is effective as of January 6, 2020 (US time).To effect this ratio change, ADS holders are required to exchange their existing ADSs for new ADSs on the basis of one (1) ADS for every ten (10) ADSs surrendered.
