REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Feb. 06, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jasper Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: JSPR) (“Jasper”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel antibody therapies targeting c-Kit (CD117) to address diseases such as chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) and lower to intermediate risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) as well as novel stem cell transplant conditioning regimes, announced today the pricing of its underwritten offering of 3,900,000 shares of its common stock. Each share of common stock will be sold at an offering price of $12.95 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $50 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
