LAS VEGAS, NV, Feb. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jet.AI Inc. (“Jet.AI” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: JTAI), an emerging provider of high-performance GPU infrastructure and AI cloud services, today announced the adoption of a limited duration stockholders rights agreement (the “Rights Agreement”) and declared a dividend distribution of one preferred share purchase right on each outstanding share of the Company’s common stock. The rights are designed to assure that all of the Company’s stockholders receive fair and equal treatment in the event of any proposed takeover of the Company and to guard against abusive tactics to gain control of the Company without paying all stockholders a premium for that control.
