(Nasdaq:JVA) (“Coffee Holding” or the “Company”), a publicly traded integrated wholesale coffee roaster and dealer located in the United States, and Delta Corp Holdings Limited (“Delta”), a fully integrated global business engaged in logistics, fuel supply and asset management primarily servicing the international supply chains, today jointly announced that the registration statement on Form F-4 relating to their proposed business combination was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on March 6, 2024.
