HOBOKEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- John Wiley and Sons Inc. (NYSE:JWA) (NYSE:JWB), a global leader in scholarly research and education, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on October 24, 2018 to shareholders of record on October 9, 2018.
