SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) announced today that it priced an offering (the “Offering”) of $600 million aggregate principal amount of its 8.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”) at an offering price of 100% of the principal amount thereof. The net proceeds from the sale of the Notes will be used for fees and expenses of the offering and for general corporate purposes. The closing of the offering of the Notes is expected to occur on or about April 16, 2020.The Notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) or any state or other securities laws and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state laws.
