(NYSE American: KAPA), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on innovative cancer therapeutics, today announces the signing of a term sheet for a strategic asset acquisition with Celyn Therapeutics, Inc., a privately held biotechnology company backed by OrbiMed and Torrey Pines Investment.
