The homebuilder plans to continue to buy back its shares in 2024 at a projected amount of $200M-$400M for the full year, the company said on Thursday. The board also approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend on KB Home's ( KBH ) common stock by 25% to $0.25 per share from $0.20, representing a yield of ~1.6% based on its closing price on April 17.
