(NYSE: KD) filed two amended quarterly reports and one amended annual report providing further detail about problems previously reported on February 9, 2026. The recent filings reveal that “the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures and internal control over financial reporting were ineffective” as of March 31, June 30, and September 30, 2025.
