to Dr Pepper for $1.7 billion, has launched a new zero-sugar "hard soda" called the Crooked Pop. Courtesy of Crooked Pop Nearly a decade ago, entrepreneur Ben Weiss achieved a career milestone when he sold his antioxidant beverage brand to Dr Pepper Snapple for $1.7 billion . His plan was to remain at the soda giant and steer Bai, which Weiss created in 2009 in New Jersey. But less than a year later, he was fired That's when he found himself thinking: “What do I do now?” In 2020, he published an entrepreneurial book called “Basementality.” Weiss also kept a close eye on the emerging trends in the beverage category.
